You can backup your data via iTunes (using Apps > File Sharing when you have your iOS device connected).

This is not an app for a web based system with a monthly fee. Just one single purchase for unlimited use!

    1. Hi Scott. Monthly options are added in the update. Jobs can be scheduled to be one-off, every week, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, every 4 weeks, every 5 weeks, every 6 weeks, every 8 weeks, every 10 weeks, every 12 weeks, every month, every 2 months, every 3 months, and every 6 months.

  2. Can you make a update, that iff a collega have same app, i can make planning for the day And send iT to him

    1. You already can send your planning to others and they do not need to have the Doing Windows app installed. From the To-Do list you simply tap the share button (next to the edit button at the top right) choose if you want to include price information, and then choose via what app you want to share the list, such as email. I always let my assistant know what work we have this way.

  3. Hi, i have just bought this and there is no Export feature for customers, i dont like this as if it corrupts all that data is lost...and i thought you could use it on both ipad and iphone with data being synced...is this not possible? Thanks

    1. You can keep backup copies of your data via iTunes. See the section 'Protecting your data' on the 'Doing Windows' page above.

      Data syncing is not possible since the data is stored on the device and when you use the app on both devices simultaneously there is no way to determine what version is correct. You can transfer your data between devices using the backup if you want, and this way you can alternate using your iPhone or iPad.

      A future update might have the option to store the data on iCloud instead.

  4. Thank you for your reaponce, what about exporting the customer details into a excel file or text like the payments? Just so i can have them else where...i just want the information to be protected in case of a fault or lost phone...i dont use a pc so cant upload that way sadly. Thanks

    1. Hi David. When you tap Edit with the To Do list in view, you get a handle on the right side of each row. Tap-and-hold the handle of the row you want to move and drag it to the position you want to and release. When you have done this to all the rows you want to move, tap Done on the top right.

      When you have the To Do list grouped by street you can only change the order within that street. When you have the To Do list grouped by week days you can change the job order within the day or move jobs to other days.
