Doing Windows 3

It is a pleasure to announce the new version of Doing Windows is now available on the App Store for a £14.99 one time purchase.

This version includes many improvements and a redesigned user interface.

You can now assess future earnings as you browse the weeks ahead, as individual jobs are now displayed beyond their set next date like with the rounds.

Expenses and mileage functions have moved to the More menu and are easier to work with. If you do not need to have generated due payments after jobs are finished then you can now switch this off. You can now choose the way a house number addition is displayed by selecting the preferred separator (such as '3A', '3-A', or '3/A').

Have fun using this business companion from your pocket while doing your windows!

Doing Gardens 1.1

The simple app for Doing Gardens, such as hedge trimming jobs, lawn mowing, weeding, etcetera, has been updated at the Apple App Store yesterday.

The three main things that are included in this update are: 1) frequent jobs that are scheduled to be repeated are now displayed beyond the set next date as you browse the To Do list, 2) expenses have moved from the Payments tab to the More tab and have been revised, and 3) vehicle mileage can be recorded by registering a vehicle and keep the meter readings for the trips you do.

I expect these to be welcome changes to the app. When you have suggestions or you are experiencing a problem, please use the email with the profile on the right of this page to contact me.

Have fun using the app.

Rep Buddy 1.1

I am pleased to announce the Rep Buddy app, the assistant for Avon distributors, is updated and now available on the App Store.

This update has a revised scheduling system, replacing the period rota system with a more flexible week based rota system, which allows to set a round rota frequency to 3, 4, 6, or 8 weeks.

Existing users need to be aware that the update will require the rounds to be reset. Defined rounds need to have their frequency and next date set.

This change makes the app simpler and avoid confusion with new users and I am sure it to be a welcome improvement on the app.
